Unfortunately the quality of the service dropped drastically in the last months - I used to love coming to cookie but unfortunately the last sessions have changed my mind. I went home with completely devastated hands after my gel was taken off without any care, without even cleaning my hands once done and leaving my nails in such bad condition that I had to cut them extremely short once at home. It feels like now the focus is on the quickest service possible but care and quality are forgotten.

Es tut mir leid, das so zu schreiben, denn das Personal ist super lieb und die Kundin neben mir war zufrieden. Leider sind die Nägel ziemlich uneben, die Ränder unsauber und einige Nägel deutlich dicker, als andere. Auch habe ich mehr bezahlt als in Studios, wo man zwar nicht so nettes Personal hat, das Ergebnis aber zufriedenstellend ist.
Mein Partner war zur Pediküre….und Achtung, man darf lachen: komplett gerade, noch viel zu lang…so, wie man Frauennägel für Lack/Gel vorbereitet.
