My wash and cut with Le were great but my experience at the end left an unpleasant taste in my mouth; I had already paid through the Treatwell app but was asked for another 5€. I watched the person at the desk go into the app and change the price in real time. I had a screenshot of the receipt and I left without paying the extra amount asked of me. This should not have happened, if the amount was incorrect, for whatever reason, this is not the fault of the customer.
