Avoid this place. I went in for coloring my grey roots dark brown (natural color of my hair). I have sparse greys mostly in the front and on the sides. After two tries, my grey hair is not yet fully covered. When I brought it up, the hairdresser said it's because my grey hair is long, and Ansatzfarben only covers the 1-2cm of hair at the root. So I ended up with some hair that is brown at the root but grey in the middle, and still some short grey hair on the sides. Shocking

Musste 45 min warten obwohl ich einen Termin gebucht habe. Pony zu kurz und nicht geradlinig. Das ganze hat nicht mal 3 Minuten gedauert…
