The name change of the salon was confusing already. The tools were not cleaned before it was used and it was hard to explain what I needed. There was no manicure, only shortening and polishing the nails before she put the layers quite sloppy. I had to correct the edges and still the surface of the nail is bumpy and looks bulky..
