I just want to cut a bit the damaged ends of my hair that was long and I finish with my hair super short (over my shoulders). Also my hair is curly and the person who cut it clearly didn’t know how to do it and in the end it has no shape and I felt upset about the whole experience. Also the shampoo was so rough that it hurt the skin of my head.
