Claudia is a very friendly person who asks what you want, pretty precise. Then she’s cutting your hair how you want it. I tried to tell she should cut it how she thinks it fits the best (with my hair type, color and face shape), because I’m not the specialist😉. But she only wanted to cut it how I told her. She did a great job though!
