I clicked “book this design” on the site for a specific nail design at the advertised price. However, when I arrived at the salon, they seemed confused, yet started the service. Only at the end was I told I had to pay 40 euros more, which was never communicated upfront. To make matters worse, after the pricing dispute, they removed the design. Horrible place. Rude staff. Not happy with my repaired nails either. Will complain about my traumatic experience formall..
