This place undoubtedly offers the best customer service I’ve experienced in Berlin. If I had to sum up my experience in three words: kind, efficient, and professional. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Even when something couldn’t be done immediately, they took the initiative to find alternative solutions, clearly putting customer satisfaction at the heart of everything they do. For me, this truly defines exceptional service.
Wow! So I’ve been getting my lashes done for the past 5 years all over the place (SF, LA, NYC, Vancouver) and this place was the absolute BEST. Agata was so gentle, professional and did such a nice job on my lashes. The space itself is upscale, clean and they give you a blanket, which is a nice touch. I actually fell asleep during my session, I will definitely make this my regular spot.
Great first experience here - immediately knew I’d been messing my own brows up and got them back on track. Super comfortable, clean, relaxed environment and real eyebrow expertise! I recommend!!!!
Update: have now been here half a dozen times at least and always been impressed with the great results!!!
