I did a brow lifting with shaping and tinting. I have to say that maybe I didn’t understand the treatment but my brows had no shape at all. My brows where thick, not the right shape for my face and I wasn’t happy with the resoult. When I did say I wasn’t happy and I liked my brows thinner I was told I have chosen the wrong treatment and I wasn’t offered a solution to make it better. I think for 50€ if a customer is not happy you have to make an effort to offer a solution and make it right.
