Yen was very friendly and patient as she explained the different treatments to me. She always made sure to let me know what was going on and if I was happy with what she was about to do. She also helped me change my booking, as I'd mistakenly booked the wrong treatments.

Not that happy with eyebrow lamination. My eyebrows were over-plucked (or rather over-threaded) unevenly on one side. Also eyebrow hairs were not set in place, so this didn’t feel at all like a lamination in a classic sense. I’ve had it before at a diff place, and they were set for a few weeks, only requiring one light brush up in the morning. After this treatment I have to spend a long time ea morning dealing with them. Also dyed too dark. Wouldn’t recommend this salon if you’re blond.
