I contacted Cilola for an emergency refill for eyelash extensions done previously by another salon. From the very start, I was very well taken care of, despite my own rushed schedule. I was able to make an appointment for the very next day and have my lashes refilled.
The salon itself had a relaxing atmosphere and all the staff was very kind and professional. I had lovely Thuy work on my lashes with expertise and she quickly had my lashes looking brand new and beautiful. I received amazing tips for aftercare of the lashes and these lashes have stayed on me better than any of the ones (by other salons) I had previously had.
I had a great experience in this salon and would recommend it to everyone :).

You will feel at ease with the salon’s very homely feeling, in a super cute set up (nice decor, fresh flowers, plus everything is super clean, impeccable hygiene is a +++) It's a small business, not a chain, which means the owner Uscha, is actually present to take care of you ! She and her great team of stylists will always take the extra time to properly explain, give great tips and recommendations to their customers. You can trust their advice to make you look your best. I had my brows done several times there, and it transformed my face in the best possible way ! Nothing but compliments every time. I'm truly impressed with their professionalism and kindness. And the prices of services are similar to other places :-)
Sehr schön eingerichteter Laden mit super netten professionellen Personal. Alle sind sehr zuvorkommend, pünktlich und es ist auch sehr hygienisch und schön eingerichtet. Die Mädchen, die dort arbeiten sind echte Künstlerinnen und der Laden wird sehr sehr nett geführt. Absolute Weiterempfehlung
