I really liked the Japanees manicure and how my nails look after it, I would definitely come back! And the staff is very friendly & caring. The only moment that made me stress a bit was the last-minute change of the appointment time, it was 12 initially and was moved to 11:45. I was not sure I would make it and was confused that it could happen since it was not mentioned in the communication before or when booking. Now I know and can plan accordingly but for the first time visitors, it might be as confusing as it was for me.

Freundlich und professionell. Leider sind zwei meiner Nägel nicht glänzend, dies habe ich kommuniziert. Der Behebungsvorschlag vom Studio habe ich angewandt und es hat keine Besserung gebracht. Dies habe ich erneut mitgeteilt. Keine Reaktion.
