I was told that I shouldn’t have booked an appointment this late (18:00), even though this time-slot was offered to me via Treatwell. Despite warning several times that my cuticules were sensitive and expressing pain during the manucure, the employee was very careless and kept going strongly with polishing, all while telling me that I wasn’t “normal”. I ended up with wounded fingers for several days. Very disappointing experience — never again.
