Saw the glowing 4.9/5 reviews and had high expectations. Maybe it was just me, but the salon felt hot inside, and the staff didn’t seem very welcoming at 4:30 PM—possibly tired from the heat. I only expected a smile, a warm greeting, and a bit of small talk from my stylist. I would’ve tipped an extra €50 just for that.
