I arrived at the salon only to find out that they do not provide the waxing service I booked. I then asked for my refund since I paid the service in advanced by card but could not cancel the appointment since it was already pass the time, they did not gave me the money back, I did not get the service as well. Selling a service that is not provided is purely bad practices

Die Mitarbeiter wie auch der Laden sind großartig. 😊 Ich wurde immer sehr freundlich empfangen und ohne viel Wartezeit bedient. Die Preise sind für die Arbeit die dort geleistet wird top !🥰 Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich den Laden nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
