This was just what I needed. She was so friendly and asked me if there was anything she needed to know and I told her about my tense parts. She was amazing at finding them and being very relaxing so I relaxed as well when she was working out the knot. She then at the end told me to take my time and enjoy feeling relaxed after and brought me some water. The oils smelt super nice too! Would highly recommend and I would definitely go again.
