war wie immer überaus zufrieden, kann Bjoern nur weiter empfehlen.
Mir wurde nach einem selbst zugefügten Malheur die beste Beratung zuteil und dann ein perfekter Schnitt und Farbe verpasst. Alles super. Ihr solltet euch vielleicht aber noch entscheiden, ob ihr Kunden nicht doch konsequent duzen wollt, auch wenn sie offensichtlich älter sind, oder gerade dann...
Immer wieder gut! Meine Loden sind schwierig, weil viele Wirbel und komische Struktur. Glatt, wellig ... alles dabei, nur nicht an den richtigen Stellen. Dann will ich sie auch noch wachsen lassen, perse ein diffiziles Unterfangen. Da braucht's einen guten Schnitt - den hab ich jetzt *gg*
I was very satisfied with the colour and styling I received at Bjoern Mentler Friseure, however I was disappointed with their transparency regarding the cost of service. I booked for a colour and styling ("Waschen, Schneiden, Föhnen ab 10 Jahre") through Salonmeister, with the advertised price of 29EUR. When I came to pay however, I was informed that my bill came to 69EUR. Effectively double the price I was expecting. Upon expressing shock that there was such a substantial difference in the price, it was explained to me—by an employee, and subsequently the owner—that there were additional costs involved in the process, and that the price was "ab" 29EUR. (I double-checked this later: On bm-friseure.de the price appears with "ab", however on the salonmeister.de website this is not the case.) Additionally, I was informed that customers are able to ask about the total cost involved during the consultation. I am aware that as a customer, I have the freedom to ask about total costs prior to a receiving service. However—and this is a big however—as a service-provider, is a company not obliged to make the costs as transparent as possible? And, is it not best-practice to inform the customer when the cost is significantly higher than the price advertised when booking? (To clarify, I had an existing light-brown colour with brown regrowth, and my hair was dyed a dark-brown/chestnut; there were no streaks, chunks or highlights etc.) I was optimistic about finally having found a regular salon in my 'Kiez'. Unfortunately however, I left Bjoern Mentler Friseure disappointed.
Zum zweiten mal da gewesen. Wie immer super zufrieden mit allem! Strähnchen, Schnitt und Styling in 2 Stunden. Ich komme gerne wieder...
