It is a very different massage from others that I know. Or the same but with a different rhythm and intensity. I recommend this massage but I also recommend reading beforehand what it is about. It is very personalized and very sensitive to reconnect with the body. By knowing beforehand what the massage is like, then I can enjoy the results more.
