This time,I wasn’t happy with the color (the haircut and styling were great) because it wasn’t the same shade that was used before. To start was all good, but when I went outside, I realized it was simply black. I just wish I had been consulted before making such a change, and that I had been shown how the new color would look beforehand. When I went back to mention my concern, I had hoped for a genuine solution, but I was only told to wait two weeks for it to fade. That was quite disappointing
