It was awful especially for it being in the same price range as other salons I normally visit. I booked Michaella online but somehow another stylist was assigned to me and when I asked she was upset and made some excuse like "I didn't realise because I didn't check the reservation info". The cut technique was also very disappointing, no refined technique just cut straight. The massage was so uncomfortable that I would almost have asked to stop. Insincere treatment of customer needs to change.
