La structure de mes cheveux a bien été expliquer et je suis heureuse avec la coupe. J’ai bien aimé qu’ils font des efforts de parler plusieurs langues avec leurs clients. J’ai entendu parler l’anglais, l’italien, l’espagnol et le français - Très impressionnant!

I have mixed feelings. I wanted a relaxing experience and a specific hair treatment. My customer experience was not good. I did not feel the team was prepared for me and encountered some hostility - towards me for not speaking german and within their team dynamics that affected the environment. I also did not walk out with the cut and colour I wanted. Despite this, the result was good and I am pleased with their hair philosophy and products. The manager was also open to feedback and adjusting.
