Heute war ich zum ersten Mal nicht so zufrieden wie sonst. Es wird mir das Gefühl gegeben irgendeine Kundin zu sein. Dabei war ich schon mehrmals in den letzten Monaten dort. Keine richtigen Absprachen oder Nachfrage wie es mir geht oder was ich gerne hätte. Meine gebuchte Wellnessmassage war gut. Ansonsten eher weniger ein Wohlfühltermin. Das Styling hat auch gar nicht gehalten.

It was my 2nd time in a Hair-saloon in DE. The experience was very special thanks to the details (the robe, the deco, the kindness of the stuff, a real plus was the head massage + 15 relax time or so). Also the hair cut and styling was really well done, as I wanted it. I also appreciate the tips I was given about the correct use of shampoo for people like me who have dry hair and have to shower often due to sports. Negative: price: 70€ was already high and 24€ extra for hair mask was too much.
