Usually when I go in for an organic cover grey, I have zero complaints, they are really good. This time, I asked for a slightly lighter shade and after two hours of work, the coverage was really bad. It can’t be just the shade that was lighter because I can still see most greys up in the front. I was expecting them to at least offer a free follow up session, but all I got was a „come at 5 pm today but we can’t wash and restyle your hair for free“ There was no genuine apology. Waste of time!
