Clean and good attitude of colorist, not so much the others. I went with a clear image of what I wanted but I left with brassy and dry hair. Difficult to explain things since there’s no fluency in English. Tried to clear this but still I have to pay to get it fixed as there’s no toning. If this cannot be achieved, they say it ahead so as the prices.When curling and combing, they could be more delicate and not pull for rushing to close. Experience & result should look 240 not less. Not happy.
