Nightmare experience. Stylist cut my hair 2 inches shorter than discussed and cut was nothing like the photos I showed. Receptionist asked a 2nd stylist to fix but it was too late. I have random pieces that are shorter than the others all over my head. The cut is blunt and not the soft layers I asked for at all. At the end of the appointment I expressed my disappointment and asked for a discount and receptionist said no, accused me of lying for free services. NEVER EVER GO HERE.
