All in all, I left disappointed. Didn't feel relaxing or exclusive at all. I left with a haircut I didn't want, a terrible blowout that lasted 20 min, dirty hair and an itchy scalp (have to wash it after 3 days when I can normally go up to 7). The team was stressed and unhappy and clients could feel it. The experience also lacked counseling and my desires weren't listened to. I changed 4 hairdressers which made everything confusing and the team didn't have an overview of my experience.
