I booked and prepaid a service including wash, care, haircut and styling, but it was not completed. I waited about 15 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation. After washing, I was left waiting with wet hair while the stylist (a man with dark, curly hair) was distracted and later went to serve another client. My hair was left half-dried, meaning the haircut itself was unfinished, and the styling was never done. Hygiene and organization were disappointing. A 50% refund would be fair.
