The woman who did my nails was not very kind and a bit short tempered. She got upset with me for not relaxing my hands, but she was hurting my while removing my gel nail polish. She also judged my nail polish choice and then got upset when I changed my mind twice. At the end, it felt like she tried to make nice with me so that she could get a tip.
