Sympathischer Hairstylist und eine erstklassige Leistung. Ich denke er wusste genau welche Haarfarbe zu meinem Typ passt. Der Salon ist zentral gelegen und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Radio läuft und man fühlt sich ein wenig wie bei einem guten Freund im Wohnzimmer. Ich denke auf jeden Fall, dass ich wieder kommen werde.

O. is a really nice guy, but he seems to be overwhelmed at times working alone in this salon. At peek times there were three people he had to serve, so of course he had to send one away and come back later. This circumstance is having a negative influence on the individual customer treatment as it feels like he is just jumping from one person to another. I wished he would have showed more interest and ask what I really wanted to do with my hair at the beginning and give me some advice. Moreover, he forgot to give me some of my treatments that I booked in advance and tried to down talk it in the end "well your hair is fine you don't actually need it". Tbh for this experience, I've paid way too much money and could have just gone to a "cut and go".

Am Ende musste ich die Haare 3 Mal färben lassen bis die die gewünschte Farbe hatten, obwohl es am Anfang des Termins bereits mit Bildern geklärt worden war. Der Frisör war aber die ganze Zeit ganz nett und die Einrichtung ist einfach prima.
