My roots got bleached and it turned out horrible. I had another hair stylist that day than usual. She didn't talk to me at all and never asked me which shade or toner I want. I left the salon with grey violet hair even though I wanted a warmer blonde tone. It looked horrible. I was able to wash it out a bit that evening shampooing it 4 times. Now the roots are yellow and the rest still grey/violet. It was the worst I ever looked leaving a salon
