Anna was incredibly kind and attentive! She made sure I felt calm and comfortable throughout the process. It was really important to her to know how I felt and whether I wanted to change anything. She consistently checked in to ensure I was truly satisfied with the result. She gave me the assurance that if I wasn’t fully satisfied, I could always make adjustments—but, of course, I absolutely loved the result! She did such an amazing job—it looked so natural and thorough.
