I was just 3-4 minutes late due to an awful thunderstorm. The receptionist said they already took the next customer, and I had to wait 25 minutes. I don't know who's coming in to wait 30 mins before their appointment, but okay. I had already paid in advance, so I waited the 30 minutes - just to get the most painful wax I've ever had. I was left with so many ingrowns and a week later I was covered in sharp stubble, so this was just an expensive, extremely painful shave.
