Waxing is a painful event and I think everything should be done to help the person feel safe and at peace, not make it about the speed. The room was small, ungemütlich & I wasn't comfortable. Silvana was lovely though. It was hard to communicate but we found a common ground. Good result as well. Thank you

Ich habe online einen Termin vereinbart, da ich im Stau gesteckt habe, verspätete ich mich jedoch um 10 min. Vor Ort wirkte es dann chaotisch, mehrere Kunden*innen haben ohne Begrüßung & Anweisungen gewartet. Zwischendurch wurden einige von uns nach unserem Namen gefragt, nach über 30min!! wurde es dann konkret:
Das vorhandene Personal würde Männer nicht behandeln, die zuständige Mitarbeiterin würde erst in weiteren 30min!! kommen & es warte noch ein Mann vor mir, also +1h späterer Behandlung

The saloon is neat but the services was bad, she wasn’t gently with my skin. She was in a hurry while waxing me. The whole process of the waxing wasn’t nice at all.

A disaster. Not only they use this cheap artificial wax with band straps for the legs but also leave several unwaxed areas.
