The treatment started 25 minutes late and was simply ok. The result was average. She did it too fast though, the peeling was even unconfortable. The employees were talking between each other in their own language (nor english or german) which it is at certain level fine but then they started laughing when looking at me. I find it really disrespectful. Finally, I think is unbelievable that one cannot pay by card but the place can accept the anticipated payment online. I will not repeat.
