When I have arrived to studio (I have appointment at 17:00) nobody was at the front desk, and I had to wait 35(!!!) minutes, I understand that they are very busy but at least somebody could come and inform that procedure will start later or offer an discount, it is overpriced as well first and La at time. Sandra is a very lovely lady, but I think it just way too trying to work from 8 till 19:00 without even a break to eat, so that’s why I think the vaxing was made not clean.
