The treatment was fast and good. However, my 10:45 appointment (prepaid) was changed at 10:39 to 12:50 without any email notification. No one picked up the phone when I called their business number.
I waited in the area for two hours since I had already arrived. The staff told me there was an issue with their keys, which led me to I wonder why the customer had to bear the cost of their mistake, since NO refund was offered.
