I am new to Düsseldorf, and my landlady recommended BeautyBox. When I arrived, a stylist greeted me, helped me with my coat, showed me to my seat where my hairdresser would help me, and asked if I would like coffee. I requested still water, which she brought. At this point I speak ein Bisschen Deutsch, and my hairdresser speaks some English, so with the photo I’d brought we were able to communicate about what I wanted. She did a really nice job, and I look forward to seeing her again!
