It is incredibly dirty and not hygienic at all. On top of that, the man working there was extremely rude. It was the worst manicure and pedicure experience of my life. The man doing my manicure, in particular, kept getting angry at me for no reason; he would constantly lose his temper, grab my fingers, and shake my hand roughly. He was so furious. I couldn't have said or done anything to provoke him, as I only speak English.
