Thank you Natalie! I received my first hydrafacial yesterday at Beauty & Spa. While I don't have previous experiences to compare it to, I was very happy with my experience. Despite the language barrier, Natalie made me feel very well taken care of. She was considerate to explain every step to me and periodically make sure I was okay during the procedure. Also felt like this was a very good value for the service I received. Will gladly return.
