They have cancelled my first appointment one hour before, and rescheduled me for another day without asking for my opinion. I made specific arrangements to make that happen, but then when I went there on that day, they told me they did not have any time/spot for me as they didn't plan for it somehow. I was really mad and they didn't offer me any other alternative on that day. I'm really disappointed. Never returning again.
