I was left with my feet in the water for 34mins. Ms. Nguyen did not even acknowledge me. Another lady came over, apologised for the delay & said she will start with me instead. I mentioned twice before she could start, 1. please don’t cut my nails any shorter & 2. please don’t change the shape. She chopped my left big toe nail which now looks like a stub!! I stopped her & showed her that was my nail bed 😭😭 I just wanted a smooth pedicure to get rid of the hard skin & pop of color.
