It was my first time, but i left completely disappointed. I had to wait for 20 Mins to start. And i didnt complain and thought to give them the benifit of the doubt. Then the lady left me and aksed me to wait for my nails to dry without explaining how long should i wait. Aftet 10 minutes i asked them to at least explain me till when i should be there as i was already late to wotk. The ladt came and spoke with no respect at all and switched the machien off. I left feeling disappointed!

Ich war zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben von einer Kosmetikbehandlung absolut begeistert. Und ich war bei vielen. Zügig und ohne aufquatschen von Produkten wurde gearbeitet. Jeder Schritt wurde erläutert und sinnvolle Tipps gegeben. Schmerzfrei und trotzdem gründlich. Ich habe sofort einen Termin für meine Tochter gemacht. Auch sie war begeistert.
