I came in to ask for more information regarding the facial treatment that's offered. All staff were kind, open and concise in their explanation of what the basic treatment was (includes consultation). During the treatment, Alla explained step by step what was being done and provided advice on how I should modify my daily skin care based on her assessment of my skin. Despite my poor german and different ethnicity, the staff were very patient, friendly and non-discriminatory.
