Sehr schöner Laden mit sehr netten Mitarbeiter. Die Dame, die meine Behandlung gemacht hat hatte allerdings einen grummeligen Tag. Sie war trotzdem höflich, professionell und hat ihren Job sehr gut gemacht. Aber die anderen Mitarbeiter schienen deutlich fröhlicher. So einen Tag kann jeder mal haben. Deswegen werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hingehen.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Besuch bei Beauty Moments. Meine Kosmetikerin hat wenig gesprochen, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Ich habe ihr bei der Maniküre zugeschaut, das war fast schon meditativ, ich war danach jedenfalls super entspannt und bin mit dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden! Glänzende, perfekte Nägel. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

They did injured me and for the price it was very expensive with that. Color was not the same for manicure and pedicure even if I asked for it.

I think the prices are expensive for the service I received, I was injured with the pedicure, and I would have expected not to pay that much with a wound. If the treatment is expensive the performance must be good enough. I understand we are humans, and this could happen. I was asking for same color pedicure than manicure, but unfortunately it isn’t same color, even the girl told me was same color.
