I was not asked anything about my skin routine . Not offered anything to drink. No questions were asked to make sure that the treatment I bought was the right one for the problem. Nothing was explain. A face treatment always includes the neck. I was shocked this treatment was only till my chin. Shocking. Never again. And not I should not have to tell you how to do a facial you are supposed to be the professionals.
