Hong was very precise especially into giving my nails the shape I wanted with a lot of care. I did chrome nails and I noticed a couple of fingers weren't looking as neat as other times before and he had the patience to remake them very nicely. I really appreciated the kind gesture. As a loyal customer I highly recommend!
