I booked the combi for a lash and eyebrow lifting. The lady who did it had no idea how to do a lash lifting. Everyone should know that the first step is cleaning the lashes a bit so that there is no make up or any oil left on them, but she skipped that altogether. Moreover, she handled cash, touched her phone and then went back to touch my eyes without even disinfecting her hands. Very unprofessional and my lashes are basically the same as they were before the treatment. 100€ wasted.
