I understand everyone can have a worse day and things can go wrong but I still expected more from such a studio. My cuticles were cut too much and started bleeding during the manicure - everything was disinfected quickly but we proceeded with putting shellac on my nails, even though there was still blood on 2 of my fingers. I ended up leaving the salon with dried blood around 2 of my nails which was commented by the tech with "it'll go away" and "if it gets worse, go to the pharmacy and we'll reimburse you". It took me 2 days to clean and sanitize the little wounds and after 4 days the Shellac started chipping off on the previously bleeding fingers (not very surprising as there was still blood under the base coat). Such accidents can happen but waiting 5 more minutes during the process and helping me clean the blood leftovers would be nice. Maybe I was simply unlucky and they still have amazing art works but paying the full price and purposely choosing a senior tech was not worth it. Plus for the hygiene and precise design.
