The woman was very friendly and helpful but due to my limited German and her limited English it was very difficult to communicate during the appointment to discuss the details laser treatment and my past experience with laser, so it was hard to determine if the laser was working properly because of the communication barrier and the appointment took longer than usual compared to other places I have been!
