The first time I came, I was satisfied with the overall result. However, my second visit did not meet my expectations. The nail polish was applied far too thick, which made my nails look uneven and bumpy instead of smooth. It almost looked like a “mountain” on the nail. In addition, the cuticles were cut too aggressively. I ended up having to go to another salon to have the polish removed.
